Inner Wallet
The inner wallet paper is made from 100% virgin fiber and purified pulp. This packaging material is designed for single-use to wrap surgical gloves, ensuring a sterile presentation for the surgeon's gloves.
The inner wallet can be customized with various printing designs and sizes, available in both sheet and roll formats. It comes in a range of substances to accommodate different cost and performance needs.

Paper-PE Pouch
Surgical glove pouches are made from lacquer-coated medical-grade paper on the top layer and poly-coated paper on the bottom layer. Once the gloves are packed and sealed inside the pouch, they can be sterilized using ethylene oxide gas, which effectively penetrates the medical-grade paper. The pouch is designed for easy peeling, allowing the gloves to be accessed without fiber tear or airborne lint particles.

Additionally, the packaging can be custom printed to meet client specifications. For online glove packaging, printed lacquer-coated medical paper and poly-coated paper rolls can also be supplied separately. The paper’s non-curling properties enhance machine efficiency by enabling higher processing speeds and reducing waste, leading to greater cost-effectiveness—an essential factor in the competitive healthcare industry.
